The DIVENTA Facility and Equipment Maintenance module is IT support for logging and resolving reported faults and defects, both in the customer's buildings and in their assets and equipment. Its main goals are to shorten the time repair and maintenance work takes, and to keep an accurate and orderly record of the materials used and the time spent by the people carrying out the work. The module is made up of several parts: fault reporting, task assignment, tracking the status of a fault and the time needed to clear it, verification of the completed repair, and the scheduling and recording of periodic tasks that recur through the year. Through these activities the module helps optimise both staff and material costs, and extends the service life of particular assets. It comes in two variants: fully integrated with the mobile software solution (mSERVICES), or as a standalone module.
