The DIVENTA Procurement and Inventory Management module enables complete monitoring and control of the procurement process. It covers all processes from planning the needs for different types of materials, spare parts, merchandise and small inventory to their central, distribution and direct procurement. It enables tracking of various offers of suppliers with the possibility of importing their price lists into the system electronically, entering contracts with suppliers and their price lists, distributing input requests (receivables) with automatic creation of purchase orders for sending electronically or by ordinary means.

The module contains numerous reviews and reports that analyze relationships with suppliers (supplier ratings and reasons for switching suppliers), amounts and quantities of delivered goods, margins, receivables statistics, reviews of orders by various criteria, top lists of purchased materials by various criteria,… Note that the master data is unique at the level of the entire Divent, and that the integrity of this module is manifested through the automation of the process of ordering and receiving goods (receipts are created based on purchase orders, and based on purchase requisitions), and inventory management both in stock and all consumables and retail outlets (you can always see the current stock of a material in certain places in the whole company), as well as all information related to the purchase and movement of each material (goods, items, spare parts or small inventory).
