The graphical interface is also an efficient basis for daily work, supporting the smooth running of business procedures: reservation, vessel arrival, monitoring of the stay including every type of service, and everything through to departure.
Diventa Marina Management Software contains the set of standard reports needed to monitor and organise daily activities in marina departments, the standard forms required of a marina by law, reports on the physical and financial turnover of the marina, and various data analyses by vessel characteristics, country and other vessel data entered into the system. The solution is fully integrated with all other DIVENTA modules into a single system that works in real time, with no subsequent data processing required.
Mobile support deserves particular mention. The DIVENTA mMARINA module gives marina staff a fast, simple overview of the marina and lets them enter vessel information, record changes and handle arrivals directly at the berth.
