DIVENTA GDPR modul is the central repository of personal data about guests and employees. It supervises and gives fast access to that data and manages the consents collected, through direct integration with the other DIVENTA modules (PMS, Wellness & SPA, CRM, Loyalty, Human Resources).
DIVENTA GDPR modul is the central repository of personal data about guests and employees. It supervises and gives fast access to that data and manages the consents collected, through direct integration with the other DIVENTA modules (PMS, Wellness & SPA, CRM, Loyalty, Human Resources). All data is organised into catalogues holding categories of personal and contact data. Each catalogue defines the purpose of processing, the retention period and the business conditions of processing. Some personal data is collected for legal reasons, for example guest books or guest registration in eVisitor. Some is collected in order to communicate better with guests: guest profiles, membership of the Wellness or Loyalty module and similar. A third group is reservations, whose retention period is set by contract and which are a precondition for the documents issued by law, namely invoices and vouchers.
Every citizen of the European Union has the right to see their personal data wherever they expect it to be held, whatever the purpose. When such a request is made, the authorised person, the data controller, searches the GDPR repository and presents the data to the applicant. The module covers every function for viewing, changing or deleting data, according to what the guest has asked for.
