DIVENTA Cashless modul lets guests pay for services in a simplified way. Using various means of identification, such as a wristband or a card, read at the POS points themselves, the services consumed are charged automatically. To pay for anything in the resort there is no need to carry cash or credit cards. A wristband uniquely linked to the guest is enough, and every necessary transaction is handled. This way of working opens up many possibilities for the guest and for the business alike, and many guests will choose you precisely because of it.
The DIVENTA Cashless module tracks all payment transactions, sets payment limits, gives prompt and accurate notice of the approved limit, and lets a guest replace an identifier such as a wristband if it is lost or damaged. Refunding unspent credit before it is used up is one of the many options available. Information desks are a further useful feature: placed in various parts of the resort, they let guests check the balance on their identification device and review what they have spent at each point of sale. The module also supports group events, where each participant has their own identification device with optional spending limits. Such services are settled afterwards by the partner through a bank transfer.
The DIVENTA Cashless module is an integral part of the DIVENTA PMS reception module. Identification devices are linked to accommodation guests, and instead of charging to the room, services are charged to the device and settled by the guest on departure. Diventa Cashless is also integrated with the DIVENTA POS module, where a service is consumed and charged through POS by reading and recognising the identification device. At the same time, the POS module shows the current balance and warns of a possible overrun where payment limits are set.
